​Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. When we identify  the reason for our fight for a better life it pushes us to work even harder. 

My challenge for you this week is to focus in on why you are here. Pay attention to how accomplishing your goals for this year will not only enhance your life but the lives of others.

Father, help us to identify our reason for being here. Help us to identify our place of significance.  Empower us to move forward even when times are challenging,  knowing that we are in good company like Jesus.
