The Company You Keep…

The Company You Keep...

Staying in line with my original post this week about knowing who is in your inner circle, I felt it was important to share this today. Too often we find ourselves going in the wrong direction. We often wonder why we can’t bring ourselves to do what we should be doing. Is it the company you keep? Take some time today to reflect on the scripture references and allow the Lord to minister to your heart.

Make it a point to dwell in the company of those that celebrate you, stimulate you and help you move to the next level in life! The people that will tell you the truth about yourself are not always your enemy. We need people in our corner that will speak the truth in love and help us to develop the potential that is within us. It is our responsibility to know those that labor among us.

Don’t team up with those who are unbelievers. How can righteousness be a partner with wickedness? How can light live with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 (NLT)

Don’t be fooled by those who say such things, for “bad company corrupts good character.” 1 Corinthians 15:33 (NLT)

Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Proverbs 4:23 (NLT)

Grace and Peace,
Mary
